I bought a short sleeved maxi dress with a pretty floral pattern on it, i ordered it Thursday for delivery Friday true to there word it was delivered on time, the dress fits a treat it hangs in all the right places and hides all your lumps and bumps I even wore it Saturday to a wedding and the bride liked my dress it looks like she going to buy one aswell.

The things I’ve brought from Bonprix are always well made and comfy to wear. The dress I bought recently got lots of lovely compliments

Ordered my usual size and they were way off fitting. Very disappointing. Ordered from them before and been happy so I'm hoping it's just a one off issue and they have not changed suppliers.
Good quality items just a shame about the sizing.

Simple to navigate the website,easy ordering and speedy delivery. The clothes are good too!

App easy to use. Delivery spot on (Evri). Lovely quality cardigans and top BUT colour differed from website. The TShirt looked to be a lovely dark teal but when it arrived it was Navy. The mulberry cardigan was just very very bright i wanted something more subtle as pictured. Returned cardigan nice and easy and received refund to credit account in a couple of days. Havent used Bon Prix for a while because so many issues with Hermes delivery but since rebranded to Evri so far so good.

Order placed and money credited same day.
Email received to day goods "will be with you shortly".
However 5 days later the goods have not left the warehouse and I had to telephone to enquire.
As expected they need to look into it but suspect the order is "lost".
They now need 5 more days to get back to me.
Not acceptable at all.
Would not let me cancel the order and get my money back.
Will not be using them again.

I am very pleased with the items I’ve received. High quality as promised and delivered on time.

All the items I wanted were in stock in my size, took me no time at all to place my order and the goods arrived three days later which was excellent.

It’s usually quite easy to find the items I want on bonprix not unless is out of stock.
I also love their clothing’s as they are durable.

I have bought these bras a few times and they are really comfy and hard wearing and would definitely recommend
